ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
The C.A.R. Leadership Academy is a transformative program designed to empower the next generation of California REALTORS® to unlock their leadership potential and make an impact in the real estate industry. With a mission to foster excellence, diversity, and collaboration, the Academy offers immersive learning experiences, strategic mentorship, and access to top thought leaders.
Participants will engage in interactive training sessions, tackle real-world challenges through group projects, and gain the skills and confidence needed to lead with integrity, inspire change, and influence policy. More than just skill-building, this program connects emerging leaders with a forward-thinking community committed to shaping the future of C.A.R. and the real estate profession. Applications for the inaugural Class of 2025 are officially closed.

Together, we’ll explore how a unified approach can amplify our efforts, drive meaningful change, and position C.A.R. to lead the way in 2025. This session will set the stage for a conference dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and collective success.
